Ok Timeout...this was actually my first quilt!

ok this was really my first quilt and like my 3rd ever sewing project in 2010. this was made for little miss avery...my hero! www.averyannechristiansen.blogspot.com her mama and i were sorority sisters in college...we had lost touch throughout the years until lil miss avery was diagnosed with cancer...jenn needed help and i signed up! avery was treated at st judes a long ways from her home in kansas so i thought she needed to have everyone that loved her with her at all times so i made this blanket with her tough girl logo and circles all over for friends and family to sign. I love that lil munchkin!

my first etsy sale

this was my first etsy sale when i set up my etsy shop itty bitty rockstar late last year...the lady sent me the fabric and i personalized it and made it in to a pillow and blanket it was for her grand daughter that was on the way.

Quilt #3

this was a quilt i made for a little girl that was recently diagnosed with cancer...the yellow and white hearts are made from a cotton fabric so if her parents wanted...all her loved ones could sign...so when ever she needed a big hug from all that love her they could wrap her up in it! I have a soft spot for little kiddos with cancer as my best friends lil girl has battled cancer for 3 years...so someday when i get a little more established i would like to donate a blanket a month to a kiddo fighting cancer.

this is the 2nd quilt i ever made and of course i made for another one of my besties....sorry girls you get my trials...some turn out some kinda turn out!
